The Yorkshire Homeowners Association (YHOA) Board of Directors welcomes you to the community Web site. This site was developed to improve communication with its residents and interested prospects. Here you will find easy access to information about this subdivision, its assets, its benefits and community services to make your quality of life high.

Throughout the site members will find various ways to participate in the Board decisions. For example, you will have access to the Board minutes monthly and find access numbers throughout the site. In addition to email and telephone access to Board and committee members, members will be able to offer your opinion dialog with your neighbors on various items of interest through Bulletin Boards on subjects like Neighborhood Watch and Zoning petitions.

To make this useful to your families in your everyday involvement in our community life, we will need your input for content improvements to this web site. Please send your suggestions to the Board at: general@yorkshirehoa.org OR AMS (803) 831-7023 - (803) 831-7023 · 248 Latitude Ln, #102, Lake Wylie, SC 29710
