Fall BBQ rescheduled

The fall BBQ has been rescheduled for Sunday, October 25 from 1 – 4 PM in the pool parking lot. The change was necessary since mother nature is supposed to send us rain on Saturday. Weather permitting, see you Sunday!

Subdivision Signage Project

Board of Directors is considering pulling up and discarding the individual neighborhood signs (Turnberry, Hookston, Yorkdale, Freshwell, etc) and changing the two monuments on Moss Rd to
read the same as they do on Hwy 49, “Yorkshire”.

Before the Board makes a decision, we would like to hear some input from the residents. Please take advantage of this opportunity to become actively involved in your community. There has been a “Poll” setup in the Forum under “Talk to the Board of Directors”.

Pool is Closed for Winter

The Pool has been winterized and is now closed for the season. We hope to see you again when it re-opens in the Summer!

Neighborhood Clean-Up Day

Make our neighborhood look it’s best, come out and help us pick up and clean up. It’s a great chance to meet your neighbors and give something back at the same time. It’s a great time for the young folks to meet each other too. Come out on November 7th and bring your work gloves – you’ll need them. And if you don’t have gloves, come anyway we’ll find you a pair.

Community Yard Sale

Time – 8:00AM – 12:00PM, Location: Participating Yorkshire Homes, Description: Clean out your garages, attics, storage closets, and kids’ rooms and make a profit! The Yorkshire HOA will host a community wide Yard Sale on October 17th. This is your opportunity to benefit from the advertising and foot traffic of a group yard sale. We will post a notice in the Observer as well as signs at all entrances to the neighborhood (Rt. 49, Choate and Moss) encouraging interested shoppers to stop by.

There is no fee.
