The Yorkshire Community Forum is a unique area within the Yorkshire website that offers many benefits not typically available in most HOA websites. The Forum was created to primarily improve the level of community involvement among residents and communication with their "Board of Directors". By providing a venue in which you can actively participate, the Forum draws our community closer together than ever before by allowing your voice and opinions to be heard. The Forum has the capability to post "Polls" which allows residents to provide important feedback to the Board Of Directors related to proposed projects for the improvement of the community lifestyle so important to all of us.

Q.3 Can my friends join the Forum?

If your friends are neighbors who also live in the Yorkshire Community, certainly.
The Yorkshire website Forum is a private service only for the residents of the Yorkshire HOA.

Q.4 What are the rules for using the Forum?

In order to join the Yorkshire Community Forum you must agree to it's terms of use. Please read these terms carefully so that you fully understand their importance. You will be required to click an "I AGREE" button which legally binds you to adhere to the Registration Agreement.

Q.5 How do I place a classified ad in the Forum?

Once you become a member of the forum you will be able to post a topic under the items for sale section of the forum.
If including an image of your item please make it's dimensions 320X240 pixels in size.

Q.1 Where do I go to view up-coming events for the community?

Scheduled Community Events are organized using Google Calendar. The calendar can be found by clicking on "Events" in the main menu of this website, or by clicking HERE.

Q.2 Can I post an event of my own on the Yorkshire Events Schedule?

Q.3 How can I be automatically notified of an up-coming community event?

One of the many new features and benefits of our new website is it's ability to keep residents better informed. All that is required to receive community event reminders is to become a registered member of the Yorkshire Forum with a valid email address. As long as you maintain a valid Forum profile with a current email address you will receive reminders of scheduled community events prior to their occurrence.
Viewing Our Community Photo Galleries

If a picture is worth a thousand words, it only stands to reason that a photo gallery would leave you speechless.

Q.1 Can I download pictures from the photo galleries?

If you are interested in any photos that you personally appear in, you are most welcome to download them. Please be respectful of others personal rights. Anyone other than the individuals whose likeness appears in a photograph that downloads an image of others whether for personal or commercial use, must follow the same laws regarding the use of that image by first obtaining the individual(s) permission to do so.

Q.2 Can I post photographs of my own in the photo galleries?

For liability reasons, only photographs taken during Yorkshire planned community events and by the authorized photographer at that time may be posted in the "Photo Galleries" section of this website.

Q.3 How do I get a photo removed from the galleries?

We realize that there may be times that you feel your best side may not have been photographed. If for any reason you do not wish to have a photo of you appear on the website, simply contact the site Webmaster and request your photo be removed.

The Yorkshire website contains video content that cannot be viewed unless you have the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed for your browser. This plug-in is as common as the Adobe Reader and you may already have it. If you know for sure that you have this plug-in then you do not need to download it.
