ABOUT
Yorkshire is comprised of 721 households nestled in the forested region of southwest Charlotte- offering many amenities among its 20 acres of common area- including a community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, large playground, picnic pavilion, and walking trails.
OUR AMENITIES
Community Pool
Featuring a six lane, twenty-five meter main pool, and a fifteen by fifteen foot wading pool
Tennis Courts
Featuring a six lane, twenty-five meter main pool, and a fifteen by fifteen foot wading pool
Volleyball Court
Featuring a large outdoor volleyball court, directly beside of our picnic pavilion.
Playgrounds
Featuring a large playground with specific areas designed for younger and older children.
Picnic Pavilion
Equipped with two grills, a water fountain, and eight picnic tables.

Woven throughout our common grounds, are walking trails, bridges, and streams.
