SATURDAY OCT 15
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
(Weather Permitting)

 

To make this happen we need help with the following:

- setting up (1PM),

- monitoring kids games (3-6PM), 

- monitoring pumpkin decorating (3-6PM),

- cleaning up and returning items to the pool (6PM).

We are also in need of a 10 - 12 ft trailer for the hayride.

We have a tractor provided by our landscaping company

(The Byrds Group) to pull the trailer.

Without sufficient volunteers to help, none of the above will happen.

Kids GAMES are for ages up to 17 with starting positions

spaced by age groups.  Points are awarded for prizes.

Cornhole tournament for ages 18 and up.

Food Trucks will be available for: Hot Dogs, Nachos, Beverages, Candy Apples, Snow Cones, Italian Ice, and other treats.

SEATING IS LIMITED,

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LAWN CHAIRS OR OTHER SEATING.
