The Yard Sale has been posted on the Nexdoor website to all neighborhoods in our area. If you know of other websites to post on, feel free to post.  According to HOA Community Covenants and Restrictions (CCR'S), personal Yard Sale signs are only allowed to be posted on the day prior to the yard sale (Friday) and immediately removed at the end of the yard sale at 1:00 PM Saturday.  All personal yard sale signs must be supported on their own. DO NOT attach signs to street signs, stop signs, traffic informational signs, poles and light poles. This is a City of Charlotte ordinance violation with a $100 fine per sign.  Also, do not attach any yard sale signs on HOA neighborhood signs or informational sign boxes at located each neighborhood exit. You will be held responsible for any damages. Violations to the above procedures could result in the HOA discontinuing to sponsor neighborhood yard sales.
